Key Responsibilities Clinical Front Desk Support
- Manage daily clinical workflows, ensuring adherence to protocols, policies, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in improving clinical procedures and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate resources, including staff schedules and equipment maintenance.
Pharmacy Technician Support
- Assist in preparing and dispensing medications.
- Maintain accurate medication records and inventory management systems.
- Ensure compliance with medication storage, labeling, and dispensing protocols.
- Provide patients with medication information, including usage instructions and potential side effects, in a clear and empathetic manner.
Patient Communication & Customer Service
- Serve as a primary contact for patients, addressing questions and concerns about clinical and pharmacy services.
- Facilitate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy teams regarding prescriptions, appointments, and care coordination.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, pharmacy regulations) and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Team Collaboration
- Train and orient new team members on clinical and pharmacy procedures.
- Contribute to clinical activities and special projects as needed.
Qualifications Required
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT or equivalent) with practical experience.
- Proven clinical experience and understanding of clinical operations.
- Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare administration or clinical operations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and pharmacy regulations.

Work Environment
