Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Clerk to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our sales team with order entry, customer communications, marketing material distribution and act as a liaison between the sales and finance teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing & Data Entry:

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with logistics, inventory, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Update and communicate order shipment details to customers and sales representatives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product catalog, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Process orders and upload fulfillment information through various customer sales channels and portals

2. Customer Relationship Building:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication to understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.

3. Sales Team Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, generating sales presentations, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgeting, and goal-setting activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
