Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire closing process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Manage office operations, including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and business development.
- Review title commitments, clear any title issues, and prepare closing documents.
- Facilitate smooth closings by coordinating with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
- Maintain and expand client relationships, leveraging an existing book of business.
- Implement best practices in office management, including training and mentoring team members.
- Monitor financials and operational efficiency to improve profitability.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Title Closer handling a high volume of closings.
- Past experience in an office management or leadership role.
- Established book of business with strong industry connections.
- In-depth knowledge of title insurance, escrow procedures, and real estate transactions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively and oversee office operations.
- Proficiency in title software and closing platforms.
Suggested Salary Range:
Compensation will be based on experience, management expertise, and business volume. A typical package may include a base salary plus commission.
