Position: Plumbing Dispatcher
Location: National City, CA
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch plumbing service calls to the relevant technicians.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments with customers, ensuring optimal routing for service efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer issues or complaints.
- Maintain and update customer records, service histories, and other documentation as required.
- Monitor progress of service calls to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with service technicians, management, and other team members to improve service quality.
- Handle emergency calls and situations with professionalism, allocating resources quickly and effectively.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in a similar coordination role, ideally in plumbing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
- Proficiency in Service Titan and experience with dispatch software.
- Ability to problem-solve and think quickly on your feet.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
