Commercial Glaziers

True View Windows and Glass LLC is a premier window and glass company with locations in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, and Denver, CO. We are currently seeking full-time, experienced, Commercial Glaziers to support our growing commercial team in Phoenix, Arizona. We are looking for dependable team players who has at least 2 or more years of experience (preferred) as a glazier in a commercial setting.

This is not contract or piece work. These are full time positions within our organization. Pay DOE

Glazier responsibilities Include:

· Install products as required while maintaining safety standards.

· Accurately measure and identify products as needed: i.e. glass types, thicknesses, colors, frame materials and parts.

· Fabricate and install storefronts.

· Strong knowledge of techniques and tools.

· Inspect work and correct errors when needed.

· Communicate effectively with field supervisor, office staff and customers.

· Be able to work off a ladder, lift or scaffolding.

· Load and verify materials needed for daily route.

· Maintain product knowledge and learn new products as they become available.

· Clean all work areas to “better than arrival” company standards.

· Remove and dispose of waste from jobsite.

· Use of basic hand, power and glazing tools.

· Caulk professionally.

Required Qualifications

· Pass a background and drug test.

· Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.

· Minimum of two years’ experience installing in the glass and glazing industry with knowledge of storefront, curtain wall, monolithic glass, etc.

· Be dependable, on time, have excellent customer service skills.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.

· Able to work overtime as needed.

· OSHA certification a plus.

· Must be self-motivated and have strong time management skills.
