What You’ll Do as a Retail Account Associate:
- Connect with customers in a retail setting, answer questions, and recommend sales solutions that match their needs
- Support customer accounts by assisting with product selection, service activation, and sales account updates
- Promote key services and solutions, clearly explaining features, pricing, and current promotions
- Contribute to store-level sales goals, using your communication skills and product knowledge
- Maintain organized retail displays and ensure a welcoming, customer-ready environment
- Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, sharing insights to improve both service and account performance
Who We're Looking For:
- Strong interest in retail, customer service, and sales
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment
- Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Goal-driven and motivated to exceed expectations
- Prior experience in retail, account support, or sales is helpful but not required

Pay: $40,957.00 - $45,014.00 per year

- Weekends as needed
