What are the responsibilities and job description for the TWB CATTLE RECEIVER position at True West Beef LLC?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/OBLIGACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:
- Must have proficient knife skills. Debe tener habilidades competentes con el cuchillo.
- Communicate with supervisor throughout shift to ensure procedures are being followed. Comunicarse con el supervisor durante todo el turno para garantizar que se sigan los procedimientos.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio y seguro.
- Maintain a positive attendance record by demonstrating consistent and punctual attendance on a regular basis. Mantener un historial de asistencia positivo demostrando una asistencia constante y puntual de forma regular.
- Monitor process and changes that occur during shift. Monitorear el proceso y los cambios que ocurren durante el turno.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Realizar otras tareas relacionadas que le sean asignadas.
QUALIFICATIONS/CALIFICACIONES:
- Must have knife and or air knife knowledge. Debe tener conocimientos de cuchillos o con navajas de aire.
- Must be able to follow HACCP & SSOP procedures. Debe poder seguir procedimientos de HACCP y de SSOP.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment. Debe poder trabajar en un ambiente frío.
Must be able to push and pull pieces weighing 60 to 70 pounds. Debe poder empujar y jalar pedazos que pesan 60 a 70 libras.
