- Assist in managing accounts payables and receivables, including communicating with subcontractors and vendors regarding invoices.
- Assist in reviewing ledgers and correcting mis-posting through Journal Entries or Accounts Payable.
- Assist in weekly check disbursement
- Data entry of accounts payable items
- Establish solid communication with all staff, both project and corporate.
- Any other specific duties as assigned by the Accounting department.
- Assist with the setup of new ERP system
- Assist with weekly payroll processing and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a four-year university in the Bay Area majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Understand basic accounting principles i.e. journal entries, general ledger, etc.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Great work ethic and interpersonal skills.
Range of base pay is $25-$27/hr.
Salary : $25 - $27
