Overview :
This position is responsible for mailroom support and other clerical duties supporting the Payment Services team.
Location : Tacoma, WA
Responsibilities :
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents that come through mail (e.g., Letters, parcel, US postal, and interdepartmental) to appropriate recipients and departments
- Print, validate and prepare documents for mailing
- Prepare and process outbound mail including US Postal standard, Priority, and certified mail
- Track and maintain mailing counts
- Clerical / Data Entry
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications :
Salary Range :
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $17.09 and $20.66 per hour.
Pay is based on qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training and other considerations permitted by law. We consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with applicable law.
