About the Role:
This Production Supervisor position plays a critical role in the success of our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of a shift at one of our client sites. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising a team of group leads and associates on multiple production lines, assigning and providing feedback on performance.
You will also be responsible for ensuring shift performance metrics/KPIs in Production, Quality, and Safety are met. Additionally, you will oversee and complete daily shift check-in and operations reporting to ensure that each shift is properly staffed.
Key Requirements:
* High School diploma or GED
* 3 years of supervisory experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment
* Lean, 5S experience required
* Experience in the Automotive Industry is highly desirable but not required
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
