Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in front desk tasks including check-in, check-out, and patient communication.
- Submit electronic claims with digital X-rays, and track their status throughout the process.
- Manage accounts receivable (A/R) and consistently meet monthly performance benchmarks.
- Clearly present financial options and treatment plans to patients, ensuring understanding and confidence.
- Deliver case presentations with effective communication and proper use of dental terminology.

- A proactive, team-focused individual with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of dental insurance processes, including claim submission and follow-up.
- Proven experience in presenting treatment plans and discussing financial matters with patients.

- Ability to perform efficiently in a high-tech, fast-moving environment.
- A willingness to adapt and learn new methods for task completion.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
