Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Operations Officer, the WHS Clinical Director is charged with setting the agenda for clinical practice development, professional training, quality improvement programming and reporting, as well as business administratvie leadership duties which include close collaboration with the CMO, COO and the Clinical Director's respective Directors of Operations, Lead Clinicians and Health Center Managers, to ensure the provision of efective quality medical service to the patients of the Health Center.
Responsibilities :
- Provide routine, acute, urgent, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative medical care to members of families, within the approved skills profile and / or scope of practice.
- Assist in conducting department meetings to promote communication, assess and resolve needs and foster teamwork
- Keep staff informed of organizational activities and promote TrueCare mission and goals.
- Take detailed histories and perform complete physical examinations.
- Order or execute various tests, analyses and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition.
- Analyze reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnose condition of patient.
- Make diagnoses (or differential diagnoses if a specific diagnosis is pending) for each patient, educate the patient and parents on the diagnosis, and institute treatment and follow-up care based on current standards of care, official guidelines, and evidence based medicine.
- Administer or prescribe appropriate pharmacological agents and treatments.
- Discuss any possible side effects to medication or immunization with patient.

The pay range for this role is $265,000 - $420,000 on an annual basis.
