- Employees can utilize their Tapcheck app to access funds before the actual payday. There is a limit of $200 per day for time worked. Employees are responsible for reading and complying with the Tapcheck agreement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with personal hygiene (bathing, dressing and grooming).
- Assist with mobility exercises.
- Housekeeping, meal prep and laundry
- Engagement with residents throughout the shift
REQUIREMENTS
- No tattoos that can't be covered
- No facial piercings
- Reliable transportation
- Comply with HIPPA regulations and safeguard client confidentiality.
- Drug, motor vehicle and criminal background screenings
- Effective communication includes reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English effectively.
- The ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull is required. Depending on the client's mobility, several types of help are needed. The ability to lift 50 pounds is required.
