Physician - Family Medicine - Urgent Care

Reporting to the Lead Physician for our walk-in clinic (Quickcare), the QuickCare Physician provides comprehensive medical services for members of families within scope of training. This includes preventative care, immunizations, prescribing of medications, ordering and interpreting lab testing and physical examinations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide routine, acute, urgent, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative medical care to members of families, within the approved skills profile and / or scope of practice.
• Provide medical backup as necessary to all TRUECARE health center sites and clinicians while remaining adaptable and flexible.
• Take detailed histories and perform complete physical examinations.
• Order or execute various tests, analyses and diagnostic images to provide information on patient’s condition.
• Analyze reports and findings of tests and examination and diagnose condition of patient.
• Make diagnoses (or differential diagnoses if a specific diagnosis is pending) for each patient, educate the patient and parents on the diagnosis, and institute treatment and follow-up care based on current standards of care, official guidelines, and evidence based medicine.
• Administer or prescribe appropriate pharmacological agents and treatments.
• Discuss any possible side effects to medication or immunization with patient.

The pay range for this role is $265,000 - $400,000 on an annual basis.

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
