Job Description:
We are seeking a person who is experienced or is willing to learn the exterior restoration and remodeling product industry. Our ideal candidate(s) will be working alongside a team and have the drive to learn construction, installation methods, and materials made of wood, metal, and similar materials. As a Door-to-Door Sales / Project Manager in Training, you will perform a wide range of tasks in collaboration with the team. Duties & responsibilities once through our training and safety program may include, but are not limited to:
- Drive/operate company vehicles (when needed).
- Material pickup/delivery.
- Client interaction.
- Canvas areas and knock on doors to initiate inspections and estimates.
- Carpentry skills to calculate the size and number of needed materials.
- Operate tools.
- Conduct inspections.
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness of job sites.
- Communicate with management/sales team to understand the scope of work.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record to drive company vehicles.
- Able to comply with the company’s safety guidelines.
- Physically able to lift over 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Able to climb ladders and get on roofs (roofing safety boots required).
- Follow manufacturer installation guidelines and local building code.
Work Location:
- On the road (Michigan, primarily Genesee County and surrounding areas).
- TruEco's main office/storefront.
