Youth Specialist
TrueCore Behavioral Solutions is a national provider of behavioral health services to at-risk and adjudicated youth through residential treatment facilities and community-based programs.
About the role:
At TrueCore Behavioral Solutions, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities to discover their true potential. In this position, you would contribute to this mission by supervising at-risk youth and escorting them to activities, therapy, school, etc. This position requires compassion, empathy, patience, and a true passion for working with youth. The goal is to help at-risk youth get out of their programs and become successful young adults with your help.

Requirements:
- 1 Year experience working with Youth
- This includes but is not limited to an education background, social workers, therapists, case workers, youth mentors, camp counselors, church/youth programs, babysitting, childcare, daycare workers, nanny, etc.
- Must be able to pass a background test
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
