We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Fine Dining Server to join our exceptional team. As a Fine Dining Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by delivering impeccable service, showcasing culinary offerings, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, provide detailed descriptions of dishes, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take and serve food & beverage orders with expert knowledge of the menu and wine pairings.
- Serve food and beverages in an attentive and timely manner, ensuring all guests’ needs are met throughout their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving for resolution to ensure satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables promptly for the next guests.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Previous experience in food service or fine dining environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Bartending experience is a plus, enhancing the ability to serve beverages confidently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in catering or culinary arts can be beneficial for understanding menu offerings.
- ServSafe Food Handler and/or Alcohol Certification is a plus.
