Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Food Runner/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure prompt food delivery, exceptional customer service, and maintain a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
Assist servers with running plates, clearing tables, and ensuring cleanliness.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are correct.
Refill beverages and attend to guest needs during their meal.
Set up and break down dining areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
Must be able to lift and carry food trays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
