Trueline's client, a prominent nationwide plaintiff's law firm, is seeking a Wage and Hour Associate to join their team in New Jersey or Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation cases and make a meaningful impact for employees facing labor violations.
What You'll Do as the Wage and Hour Associate :
- Evaluate and initiate new cases, developing strategies to advance and resolve them
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests / responses, and briefs
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
- Analyze complex data for damage models and time audits
- Negotiate settlements and prepare motions for approval
- Develop expert-level knowledge in FLSA and other niche areas
- Manage multiple cases efficiently while adhering to firm protocols
