This AV-rated boutique firm specializes in education law, special education law, public sector labor law, employment law, collective bargaining, administrative law, and civil litigation on behalf of school districts in both State and Federal courts.
What You'll Do as the Labor and Employment Associate :
- Handle labor counsel responsibilities, including contract grievances and arbitrations
- Represent clients in improper practices proceedings before PERB
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations
- Provide advice and counsel on general and labor-related matters
- Conduct legal research and draft various legal documents
- Manage client communications and case files
- Assist with civil litigation in State and Federal courts
