Employment Law Associate

Trueline's client, a plaintiff-side employment law firm in El Segundo, California, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at a respected firm specializing in wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters.

What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney :

• Litigate wage and hour class actions and individual employment matters in both state and federal courts
• Handle client advocacy, court appearances, depositions, draft complaints, mediation briefs, and class action settlement agreements
• Work independently to manage, mediate, and settle cases while providing reliable support to partners
• Engage with clients and mentor junior associates
