Trueline's client, a leading provider of ecological building systems, is seeking an Estimator to join their Sales and Estimating team in Baltimore. This role is crucial in transforming leads into successful contracts for living roofs, living walls, and other green building solutions.
What You'll Do as the Estimator :
- Manage prospect files and lead information in sales tracking software
- Analyze plans and specifications, generating accurate take-offs
- Assist in proposal preparation and follow-up
- Maintain technical data and marketing materials for sales efforts
- Collaborate with project managers to refine pricing and assumptions
- Identify potential projects through bid boards and lead databases
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding backlog targets
- Support project coordination and logistics
