Investment Management Attorney

Trueline's client, a prominent law firm located in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an Investment Management Associate to join their team.

This role can be located in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, New York, or Washington, DC.

What You'll Do as the Investment Management Associate :

• Provide legal counsel on a broad range of traditional and alternative investment transactions to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, endowments, universities, and insurance companies.
• Process and review complex legal documents with excellent attention to detail.
• Manage multiple transactions and projects simultaneously.
• Negotiate and communicate effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Contribute to the firm's commitment to pro bono and public service matters.
