What You'll Do as the Associate Attorney :
- Manage medical malpractice defense cases from start to finish
- Draft and respond to various legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and conferences
- Conduct and defend depositions of relevant parties and experts
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and strategic advice
- Prepare and argue motions, including dispositive and pre-trial motions
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters and strategy development
