Trueline's client, a respected skilled nursing facility in the Colerain area, is seeking a Business Office Manager to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to oversee critical financial and administrative functions in a 93-bed Medicare and Medicaid-certified facility.
What You'll Do as the Business Office Manager:
- Manage resident payer information and insurance verifications
- Oversee Medicaid applications and collections processes
- Supervise reception staff and maintain accurate census data
- Handle accounts payable and resident fund management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the business office
You'll Succeed as the Business Office Manager if you Have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Office Manager in a skilled nursing facility
- Strong financial management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Medicare and Medicaid processes
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple priorities
