Trueline is seeking a Natural Resources Associate to join their team in Denver, Colorado.
What You'll Do as the Natural Resources Associate:
- Engage in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and transactions related to environmental and natural resources law
- Provide counsel on matters involving NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, BLM leasing, and USFS permitting
- Participate in natural resources litigation and agency rulemaking
- Assist with cases involving water rights, water quality, and enforcement proceedings
- Translate legal concepts into practical, actionable solutions for clients in energy and infrastructure development
Must-Haves as the Natural Resources Associate:
- JD degree
- 1-5 years of experience in general environmental practice
- Strong analytical and writing skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and dedicated work ethic
Nice-To-Haves as the Natural Resources Associate:
- Colorado bar admission
- Experience in energy or infrastructure development industries
- Familiarity with public lands and air quality regulations
