This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex regulatory, administrative, transactional, and litigation cases in a dynamic legal environment.
What You'll Do as the Environmental Law Associate :
- Handle a diverse range of matters related to land development and natural resource management
- Work on project development, CEQA and NEPA compliance, public lands and mining issues
- Address air, water, and energy regulations
- Participate in land use litigation, including writs of mandate
- Assist with real estate transactions as needed
