About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled Estimation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the estimation process for all commercial construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of estimates to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of construction estimating experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, On-Screen Take-off, Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and other estimating software is preferred.
