HVAC Project Manager

Trueline’ s client, a leading HVAC construction company, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in the Construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee HVAC projects from inception to completion, working with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality results.

What You'll Do As The HVAC Project Manager

• Lead a team of 1-2 supervisors, each managing a team of 1-5 HVAC technicians
• Collaborate with executive leadership and construction managers on project planning and execution
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and field staff
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping departments on job sites
• Apply mathematical skills for material and manpower calculations
  
  

You'll Succeed as the HVAC Project Manager if you Have:

• A deep understanding of mechanical systems from start to finish
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfort and experience with estimating as needed
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Experience in HVAC systems and construction project management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software
• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of HVAC terminology and trade concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
• Reliable transportation
• Design-build knowledge and experience is a HUGE plus
