What You'll Do As The HVAC Project Manager
- Lead a team of 1-2 supervisors, each managing a team of 1-5 HVAC technicians
- Collaborate with executive leadership and construction managers on project planning and execution
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a team of supervisors and field staff
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping departments on job sites
- Apply mathematical skills for material and manpower calculations
- A deep understanding of mechanical systems from start to finish
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfort and experience with estimating as needed
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience in HVAC systems and construction project management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Basic understanding of HVAC terminology and trade concepts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
- Reliable transportation
- Design-build knowledge and experience is a HUGE plus
