Trueline's client, a personal injury law firm based in Texas, is seeking a talented Attorney with 5-7 years of experience in construction defect and personal injury defense litigation to join their team in Dallas. This is an exciting opportunity to take on substantive work in a collegial and team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do as the Attorney :
- Interact with clients and provide legal counsel
- Prepare reports and handle case documentation
- Manage discovery processes
- Attend hearings and represent clients
- Take depositions and gather evidence
- Conduct legal research and draft writings
- Assist with trying lawsuits in court
- Applicants should include a 5-page or less writing sample)
