Trueline's client, a well-established civil engineering and planning firm, is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join their team in a leadership role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex projects and mentor staff in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.
What You'll Do as the Senior Landscape Architect :
- Oversee projects from conceptual design through construction administration
- Develop budget estimates for planning and construction purposes
- Create comprehensive studies and reports
- Guide staff in preparing drawings, plans, and models
- Integrate site-civil and landscape architectural elements
- Supervise and mentor junior architects
- Potentially specialize in a specific architectural design field
