What You'll Do as the Associate Legal Administrator:
- Support the Executive Director in managing legal operations and strategic initiatives
- Oversee special projects and firm-wide initiatives, coordinating resources and deadlines
- Assist with financial reporting, business insurance renewals, and employee benefits selection
- Facilitate communication between leadership, partners, and department heads
- Develop and maintain efficient systems for tracking and prioritizing tasks across departments
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in legal administration
You'll Succeed as the Associate Legal Administrator if you Have:
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, collaborative leadership, and project management skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation
