- Engage in various aspects of patent litigation, including trial preparation, motion practice, and deposition handling
- Manage discovery processes and contribute to expert report development
- Collaborate with a team of over 600 legal professionals on complex intellectual property matters
- Contribute to the firm's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- 2-5 years of patent litigation experience
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Excellent academic credentials, including an undergraduate science degree
- Admission to relevant state bar(s)
- Passion for excelling in a dynamic law firm environment
- Experience with trial proceedings and expert witness preparation
- Familiarity with multiple jurisdictions' patent litigation procedures
- Advanced degree in a scientific or technical field
