Trueline's client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Paving Crew Member to join their team in the field. This role is essential for executing paving operations efficiently and safely.
What You'll Do as the Paving Crew Member:
- Collaborate with team members to complete paving projects
- Operate various tools and equipment related to paving
- Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work sites
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
You'll Succeed as the Paving Crew Member if you Have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction or paving (preferred)
- The ability to lift and manipulate 50 pounds consistently
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- A valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
- The ability to read and understand safety data sheets
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to travel regionally, with occasional overnight stays
