Trueline's client, a leading construction company, is seeking a Paver Operator to join their team in the field. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient paving operations while maintaining the highest safety standards.
What You'll Do as the Paver Operator :
Operate paving equipment safely and efficiently for extended periods
Perform regular equipment checks and maintain proper fluid levels
Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure seamless operations
Adhere to all safety protocols and report any hazards or accidents immediately
Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Travel regionally with the crew, occasionally requiring overnight stays
You'll Succeed as the Paver Operator if you Have :
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in the construction industry (preferred)
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
Ability to read and understand safety data sheets (SDS)
Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and maneuver in various weather conditions
Capability to lift and manipulate objects weighing up to 50 pounds
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and equipment
