Trueline's client, a respected mid-size architecture and engineering firm in Cleveland, OH, is seeking a Project Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers the chance to lead innovative projects across the United States while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do as the Project Architect :
Spearhead projects from initial concept through completion, gaining comprehensive knowledge of project delivery
Collaborate with in-house designers and engineers in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Engage directly with clients, representing the firm's commitment to excellence
Participate in team huddles, mentorship programs, and cross-departmental collaborations
Contribute to quality assurance processes and mentor junior staff members
Help shape the firm's culture and maintain high project standards
You'll Succeed as the Project Architect if you Have :
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's preferred)
5-10 years of experience in architectural design or as a practicing architect
Architectural license or active pursuit of licensure
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong technical skills in detailing and developing construction drawings
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
A passion for innovative design solutions and client satisfaction
