Senior Project Manager - Transmission
Location : Columbus, OH | Richmond, VA | Charlotte, NC
Position Overview :
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager - Transmission to oversee and manage transmission projects across the Midwest (Ohio / Indiana) and Southeast (Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and estimating transmission work, either with a contractor or utility company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee the execution of transmission projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial goals.
- Lead project scheduling, forecasting, and financial reporting , ensuring transparency and efficiency in project execution.
- Manage and maintain customer relationships , acting as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project estimates and cost analyses , ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints and organizational objectives.
- Supervise field operations and coordinate with various departments to streamline workflow and optimize productivity.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory compliance , fostering a culture of workplace safety.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering professional development and team cohesion.
- Act as a direct point of contact for storm restoration efforts , coordinating rapid deployment of resources as needed.
