What You'll Do as the Front Desk Coordinator :
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members
- Manage incoming communications and direct calls appropriately
- Oversee conference room bookings and coordinate meetings
- Handle mail and package processing
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Maintain office supplies and assist with procurement
