Trueline's client, a fast-growing boutique trial firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their team in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a rapidly expanding firm tackling high-stakes litigation alongside a dedicated group of top legal talent.
E-Discovery experience REQUIRED (Relativity preferred)
Trial experience required.
What You'll Do as the Senior Litigation Paralegal :
- Oversee complex discovery processes, including e-discovery and third-party subpoenas, across multiple cases
- Manage document collections and productions for litigation, including e-productions in Everlaw
- Draft, file and serve legal pleadings in state / federal courts and arbitrations
- Organize exhibits and supporting materials for depositions, hearings, arbitrations and trials
- Manage Bluebooking for federal cases and state cases according to the California Style Manual
- Provide trial / arbitration support including witness preparation and coordination with courts / vendors
