Construction Coordinator III- Telecom

The Construction Coordinator III is responsiblefor job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobs. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)

Essential Position Functions:

• Manage & Track Milestones:
• Create jobs
• Issue Jobs to design
• Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones
• Reconcile jobs
• Liaise with Stakeholders:
• Point of contact for all internal Customerscross functional groups
• Provide reporting for next level management
• Identify Resources:
• Create and approve funding request
• Material management and reconciliation
• Research contracts and agreements
• Manage funding request/purchase order
• Responsible for job estimate
• Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow:
• Manage quality control workflow
• Validate that the field quality control is performed
• Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
• Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
• Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control:
• Follow admin and Milestone Quality Control
• Validate permit is closed
• Final invoice milestone is set
• Close jobs
• Escalate any project related issues that may impact completion and/or customer satisfaction
• Other duties as required

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and Construction
• Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word
• Ability to demonstrate an understand the fundamentals of Communications construction required
• Must be able to work alone, and with a team
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
• MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED
