The Account Specialist oversees client accounts, managing contracts, transactions, and communications while ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving issues. Supports the sales team with client retention strategies, lead generation, and sales tracking. Responsibilities include analyzing account data to improve strategies, addressing client concerns, and troubleshooting problems. The position also assists with full life-cycle staffing, conducts talent research, and engages with candidates and clients. It requires staying informed on market trends, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and fostering positive candidate experiences. Essential Position Functions:
Account/ Customer Support: Oversees and supports client accounts, ensuring that contracts, transactions, and communications are properly handled. Acts as the point of contact for clients, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Sales Support: Collaborates with the sales team to help develop strategies for client retention and growth. Provides assistance with lead generation and sales tracking as needed.
Data Analysis: Analyzes account performance data to identify trends and offer insights that can improve account strategies and business outcomes.
Problem Solving: Addresses client issues or concerns, troubleshoots problems, and provides effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reports to the Sr. Project Manager, conducts full life cycle staffing for Staff Augment customer opportunities.
Provides talent research support for staffing projects including industry research, internal and external database mining, and crafting Boolean search strings. Supports candidate/client interaction and assists with full life cycle staffing for the Professional Services Division.
Understands and stays current with market trends and employment conditions within assigned division(s); to refine sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
Drives exceptional candidate experience through the staffing process.
Builds effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
Develops and maintain a deep understanding of all positions within the company across multiple business functions.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years’ industry experience
Minimum of 3 years’ strategic sales experience
2 years of full cycle staffing experience
Must have intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
Must be able to efficiently use a Windows-based computer.
Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking and/ or HRIS systems.
Experience generating new business by prospecting and targeting utility clients (e.g., electric, gas, water utilities, telecom)
Ability to work independently - conduct meetings with utility/ telecom customers to identify staffing needs and recommend the ideal candidate for all opportunities.
Proven track record in staffing/ recruiting for energy/ power utility sector and telecommunications
Knowledge of utility operations, energy solutions, regulatory environment
Ability to understand technical services and communicate their value
Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
