Our client is seeking a growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer for a lower middle market-sized, multi-site healthcare services company. The organization is embarking on an aggressive growth plan under the sponsorship of a private equity organization. The platform will be enhanced through a combination of organic and acquisitive expansion. As Chief Executive Officer, you will be given the mandate of being the architect of this ambitious expansion initiative and you will be responsible for establishing a solid foundation to accommodate future growth. You will ensure the growing organization adopts and implements best-in-class practices and professional processes and a high-performance team is operating at full throttle.
We are seeking a strategic and tactical CEO who comes from a multi-location healthcare services background within a multi-state context and has tremendous rapport with the healthcare providers. Demonstrated ability to scale a multi-location healthcare services organization either through de novo or acquisitive means would be highly advantageous to have. You will be familiar with recruiting and working closely with the practitioners and providing timely reports to the Board.
