Our client is a leading engineering and construction services company who offer a range of engineering, environmental and installation services across the Northeastern and Midwestern U.S. The company is presently is seeking a motivated and hands-on CEO to lead this expanding enterprise through substantial organic and acquisitive growth over the next 3-5 years. The primary objective will be to develop and execute a strategy of expansion into new markets while focusing on driving profitability, streamlining processes and continuing to build upon best-in-class service and execution.
We are seeking a visionary, hands-on leader with experience in the environmental services industry, engineering services and/or construction services with a proven track record of driving accelerated growth and expansion in past and present roles. Ideally your experience will include leading a company where you are aligned with the cadence, goals and expectations of the equity stakeholders and will have ideally led an organization through a successful liquidity event.
