Our client is a lower middle market specialty healthcare services company that provides support services to a network of independent clinicians across multiple states. The company has been acquired by a private equity sponsor who has executed an aggressive “de novo” growth strategy coupled to an acquisition strategy that has allowed the company to expand its service footprint.
We are seeking a growth-oriented CEO experienced in managing a full P&L while undertaking ambitious growth strategies in a market healthcare services enterprise. This individual will come from a deep operational background in a care services environment with proven ability to oversee and drive business development and growth initiative. We require a strategic leader that will work closely with the investors and Board of Directors while equally acting as a mentor across all levels of staff with a “roll-up your sleeves” orientation. Ideally, this individual will have acquired deep experience working directly with or selling to clinicians and will bring considerable experience building and leading a team, refining process and implementing systems controls within the context of a healthcare services model.
