Our client is a lower middle-market manufacturer under private equity ownership that is well positioned and motivated to drive an ambitious growth strategy.
The business requires a hands-on finance executive to optimize performance and support strategic growth initiatives as an active member of the senior management team. This individual will have demonstrated success professionalizing operations through the implementation of KPIs, process and systems and will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports at the board level. This position requires a highly disciplined, metrics-driven leader, with deep manufacturing experience. They must be capable of building a best-in-class finance organization with demonstrated success effecting cultural transformation and collaborating cross functionally across an organization.
