FTC Office Coordinator
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The FTC Office Coordinator is responsible for compiling data, computing fees and charges and preparing invoices for billing purposes. Other duties include computing costs and calculating rates for goods, services and shipment of goods, posting data and keeping other relevant records
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
- Answer vendor questions regarding payment policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate data entry, software systems and record keeping.
- Manage customer invoicing for FTC driver loads.
- Manage purchase orders for 3rd party freight carriers.
- Work with Finance and Dispatchers to resolve payable invoice discrepancies.
- Purchase office supplies and misc. items for site.
- Embrace and demonstrate the qualities of the TrueNorth Steel Game Changer definition.
- Prompt and dependable attendance.
- Other duties as assigned
