Responsibilities:
- The EHR (Electronic Health Record) Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing the EHR system (Credible/Qualifacts)
- Configuring, maintaining and improving EHR systems to ensure that they meet the needs of healthcare providers and comply with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with multiple departments to ensure the EHR system is efficient, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Configure and customize EHR systems to align with clinical workflows and organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the EHR system.
- Escalate technical issues to appropriate vendors
- Provide user support and training
- Generate and analyze reports from the EHR system to support clinical and administrative decision-making
- Assist with audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Municipal regulatory requirements.
- Lead or participate in EHR-related projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other healthcare systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record systems, such as Credible, is preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with other departments
- Occasional local travel is required.
