Front Office Registration Specialist
Full-time and Part-time
York, PA
Monday- Friday
Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience
NO WEEKENDS- No Holidays!!

Location based in York, PA. Must be able to travel to other locations including but not limited to: Harrisburg, Hanover, McConnellsburg, and Gettysburg on an as needed basis. Day and evening availability required- generally 2 evenings until 8pm.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls
- Checking clients in/out
- Collecting money
- Assisting with reminder calls
- Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
- Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
- Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
- Assisting providers as needed
- Closing office
- Scheduling clients
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to learn how to take client vital signs
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed
- Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
