6 to 37.5 hours per week

Pay Rate starts at $14.28 and increases with experience

Must be available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays.

Time and a half pay for Holidays.

Job Duties :

• Medication Monitoring
• Assistance in client homes (on site) with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Driving clients to appointments / activities in an agency vehicle (SUV / truck)
• General property / household chores
• Ability to complete documentation on the computer (electronic medical record)
• Provide human services assistance and advocacy for our clients living with chronic mental health disorders.
