MEDIA INTELLIGENCE LEAD
We are seeking a driven, organized, and detail-oriented Media Intelligence Lead to join our digital team. The ideal candidate thrives on analyzing data to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations to clients. This role will lead media and competitive intelligence reporting, requiring expertise in media monitoring tools, competitive analysis, and social listening platforms to identify industry trends and provide informed, forward-thinking recommendations. Please note : this position follows a non-traditional schedule of nights and weekends.
The Media Intelligence Lead must bring client-facing experience paired with strong storytelling and presentation skills. They will synthesize research findings into clear, concise, and visually compelling reports and presentations that resonate with senior stakeholders. Experience managing teams—in both remote and in-person environments—is required, along with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and performance excellence.

Primary Responsibilities :
Client Service
- Lead and manage client accounts with comprehensive oversight, delivering proactive, solutions-focused client service and anticipating needs.
- Develop and present strategic plans aligned with client objectives to drive measurable outcomes.
- Generate C-suite measurement reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and inform decision-making.
